Today, we travel to Scranton, PA. to check out the Delaware Lackawanna Railroad. While waiting for the road train PO74, we see the two ALCOs 414 and 2452 at work near the Raddison Lackawanna Hotel and get some live action with those up close. We then follow PO74, Delaware Lackawanna's main road train on the Pocono Main in eastern Pennsylvania. With DL C636 3642 leading. The only C636 ALCO in existence. Really cool to see. We also see them working in Tobyhanna, PA. Really great day seeing some ALCOs in the Pocono region of Pennsylvania. Very rare to see a railroad quite like the Delaware Lackawanna which only uses ALCO's for service. Follow along as we something really rare in today's train world in historical Pocono Valley.
Filmed October 17, 2024 in the Pocono Valley, Pennsylvania
