Hey All,

Long time no see! I’ve been super busy lately! When I get the chance, I’ll update everyone on the projects I’ve been working on. We’ve launched a new non-profit organization called Bridgyia Cultural Center! We are a new arts institution dedicated to building a bridge between Chinese and American cultures through bilingual and cross-cultural performing arts, based in Philadelphia, PA. Bridgyia is committed to providing an open and inclusive artistic platform for youth, families, and elders, making art a powerful force for cultural exchange, community connection, and care. I hope you’ll all stay tuned for our upcoming programs! I’ll be sharing more little by little! Thank you!

For this song, I’m sooooo excited to have invited my friend, Ryan Bronston, to sing this beautiful duet with me!

The musical Anastasia is a Broadway show inspired by the legend of the last Russian royal princess, Anastasia Romanov. It tells the story of a young woman named Anya, who embarks on a journey to discover her true identity. Blending romance, adventure, and self-discovery, the musical follows Anya’s travels from Russia to Paris as she searches for her home, love, family, and a sense of belonging.

In “A Crowd of Thousands,” Dmitri recalls the first time he saw Anastasia as a child during a royal parade. Even in the midst of the bustling crowd, she stood out to him. This gentle ballad captures his innocent yet unforgettable memory, while also hinting at the deep emotional connection between him and Anya.
