Try to calibrate camera first with special pattern. If it doesn’t detect pattern or you find camera lens broken, then only replace it. if cam is fine and it is also not detecting the object then try changing its viewing angle by hand and try calibrate it. Hopefully it will work. If there are communication malfunctions codes, and there is camera calibration code than only you just have to do the calibration. Communication codes will go away after calibration successful. Only change the camera if you find its lens broken, water damage or there is internal malfunction DTC.
