Carlo and Melissa embark on a vacation to a remote mountain valley, hoping to find peace and escape from city life. However, their idyllic getaway is disrupted when Melissa discovers an ancient book containing terrifying demon spells. Soon, her behavior becomes increasingly strange: she not only loses control of herself but also exhibits incredible powers.

Gradually, Melissa falls victim to an ancient evil that awakens when she reads the book's incantations. Her body and soul are overtaken by a 400-year-old demon, seeking to return to the world and exact a bloody revenge. Melissa becomes an entirely different person, and mysterious marks appear on her body, signaling the impending disaster.

As dark forces converge to complete the ancient ritual, Carlo watches in horror as his beloved loses herself. Determined to save her soul, he seeks help from a local priest. Together, they try to stop the ritual before the demon is fully resurrected, bringing about the world's end. In the final battle, between life and death, Carlo must make a sacrifice to save his love.
