I was asked by a subscriber if I could do a video on how our club performs cleaning of our track.
There are many differing views on this subject regarding what items are used for this task. We mention some of these and why we do not use these for this task.
Inflammable liquids for this task is not advised on safety grounds when there are other ways which are much safer.
I fully accept there are other tasks that flammable liquids have to be utilised like painting stock and locos either with rattle cans or airbrushes and we have accept that these are unavoidable.
I have watched a lot of other workshops on the same task so I have a good bit of knowledge of what to use and what not to use.
