I get together with Matt from Jaggers Brewing Co (@jaggersbrewingco) to evaluate and discuss our Saison collaboration beers. This includes beers made with Framgarden Kveik, Imperial Rustic and Bootleg Biology Saison Parfait. Thrown into the mix is one batch with toasted oak cubes and also a comparison of a bottle conditioned vs keg carbonated saison.
