Manglacharan, Introduction and Blessings | Purushottam Pragaṭ Maḷyā

Included in the audio album “Purushottam Pragat Malyā,” prepared under the instructions of Pragat Guruhari Mahant Swami Maharaj, this manglacharan reveals the glory of the manifest form of God.
 Out of infinite compassion, Bhagwan Swaminarayan manifested on this earth. With even greater grace, he remains ever-present through the Gunatit Sant. Holding in our hearts deep gratitude born from this reflection on prapti (divine attainment), we bow at the feet of Bhagwan and the Gunatit Gurus. With this offering, let us begin this audio album with auspicious prayers.

Āshirvād (Blessings)
Through a written letter, Pragat Guruhari Mahant Swami Maharaj expressed his wish that the prapti (attainment) bhajans written by the paramhansa poets of Bhagwan Swaminarayan be published. This would allow all devotees to benefit and conveniently reflect on prapti.
In accordance with his instructions, on 15 September 2025, the 92nd birth anniversary of Guruhari Mahant Swami Maharaj, a selection of devotional bhajans written and composed by the paramhansa poets of Bhagwan Swaminarayan and sung by the sadhus of BAPS will be released as part of the audio album:
“Purushottam Pragat Malyā...”
The glory of these bhajans, and the immense spiritual benefit that comes from listening to them, has been described directly by Guruhari Mahant Swami Maharaj himself. Those words are presented here as his blessings.

આશીર્વાદ
પ્રગટ ગુરુહરિ મહંતસ્વામી મહારાજે પત્ર દ્વારા ઇચ્છા વ્યક્ત કરી હતી કે પરમહંસોએ લખેલાં પ્રાપ્તિના પદો પ્રકાશિત થાય. જેથી દરેક હરિભક્તોને તેનો લાભ મળે અને પ્રાપ્તિનો વિચાર કરવાની સાનુકૂળતા રહે.
તેઓની આજ્ઞા અનુસાર નંદપરમહંસો દ્વારા રચિત પ્રાપ્તિનાં કીર્તનો ‘પુરુષોત્તમ પ્રગટ મળ્યા’ આલ્બમરૂપે પ્રકાશિત થઈ રહ્યા છે.
આ પદોનો મહિમા અને એના શ્રવણથી થતા લાભને ગુરુહરિ મહંતસ્વામી મહારાજે સ્વમુખે વર્ણવ્યા છે. જે અહીં આશીર્વાદ સ્વરૂપે મૂકવામાં આવ્યા છે.

મંગલાચરણ - પ્રાપ્તિનો વિચાર
(હરિગીત)

મહારાજ! આપની અતિ કૃપા નિજ ધામથી અહીં અવતર્યા,
તેથી અધિક કરુણા ગુણાતીત સંત માંહિ પ્રગટ રહ્યા;
અમ ભાગ્યનો તો પાર નહિ નિજના ગણી ખોળે લીધા,
નિશ્ચય કરાવી છતી દેહે ધામનાં સુખ દઈ દીધાં.

હે હરિ નમું, અક્ષર નમું, નમું ભગતજી શાસ્ત્રીજીને;
નમું યોગીજી, નમું પ્રમુખજી, નમું પ્રગટ મહંતસ્વામીને.

Transliteration:
Maharaj! Āpni ati krupā nij Dhāmthi ahi avataryā,
Tethi adhik karunā Gunātit sant māhi pragat rahyā;
Am bhāgyano to pār nahi nijnā gaṇi khoḷe lidhā,
Nishchay karāvi chhati dehe Dhāmnā sukh dai didhā.

Translation:
O Maharaj! Out of your immense grace, you manifested here
from your divine abode;
And with even greater compassion, you remain manifest
through the Gunatit Sant.
Our fortune is immeasurable, for you have lovingly accepted
us as your own onto your lap;
Instilling firm conviction within us; blessing us with the bliss
of Akshardham in this very life.

Transliteration:
He Hari namu, Akshar namu, namu Bhagatji Shāstrijine;
namu Yogiji, namu Pramukhji, namu pragat Mahant Swāmine.

Translation:
O Hari, I bow down to you; I bow down to Aksharbrahma [Gunatitanand Swami]; I bow down to Bhagatji and Shastriji.
I bow down to Yogiji; I bow down to Pramukh [Swami]; I bow down to Mahant Swami, the pragat [manifest form of Aksharbrahma].
