I am very happy to share a few excerpts of raga Hem Bihag, performed on Nov. 13th in Basel, at the Gala Concert in celebration of the 100th Centenary Birthyear of Maestro Ali Akbar Khan! And as always, what an honor and pleasure to make music with the incredible master, Pandit Swapan Chaudhuri! Tanpura is played by Vittoria Pagani, who is also one of my most advanced sarod students. Many thanks also to Jonas Prina and Maria Louisa Pizzighella from the Musik Akademie for their audio and video work! I hope you enjoy!
