Hello, and WOW am I impressed that you've made it to part 5!
Raycasting is imo quite confusing in Godot. Here's my attempt at explaining it, and getting it working with our scene so we can lay the dev foundations for dragging and dropping our turrets.
As always, I am very keen to know how you get on. Please let me know in the comments and I'll do my best to answer them.
