Skip Snowdon and come hike this incredible hidden mountain in North Wales!
In this video I hike and wild camp the second tallest mountain in Wales called Carnedd Llewelyn. It is found in Snowdonia National Park, just a short drive from Snowdon mountain. I hiked a trail called Carnedd Dafydd and Llewelyn Circular Walk. Along this hike I got to wild swim in a beautiful mountain lake called Llyn Llyffant.
Carnedd Llewelyn mountain has incredible views, great wild swimming and wild camping locations all while being extremely quiet. If you are looking to experience a truly epic North Wales hike then I recommend you skip Snowdon and hike this mountain instead.
