Blake will ring in the new year with his love, Gwen Stefani. Dishing on their holiday plans, he said, “My girlfriend has a show in Las Vegas that I will be attending. 'My girlfriend' — oh, Gwen Stefani’s her name.”
When Terri asked Blake if there would be any special engagement announcement, Blake played coy.
