Pluribus Episode 5 Prediction

If you have been following the show since the very beginning, you probably know that Vince Gilligan’s Pluribus is by far the most unpredictable show of the year. Having said that, episode 4 drastically progresses the lore to an extent while also maintaining that the world of Pluribus can only be vaguely understood as it is overridden by an extraterrestrial invasion of pure intrigue. The latest episode starts with us giving a glimpse into the isolated life of Manousos Oviedo, who has pretty much quarantined himself into a storage facility, while refusing to accept any sort of contact or help with the Hive. On the other hand, we learn that Zosia is doing significantly better than before and will probably be released from the hospital in a few days. But Carol is still reeling from all the information she has gathered from the hive and now is optimizing all of them together in order to figure out how she could get them to fess up about a way to reverse the side effects of the virus! Following the harmful yet desperate measures she takes to force Zosia into giving up the answer, Carol also learns that getting out the answer for how to crack the happy code from the hive is much more difficult than she had imagined! While episode 4 satiates us with bare minimum answers, it actually ends up opening a worm hole of more questions which is really what makes Pluribus the most iconic Vince Gilligan project till date! Sure it is frustrating that a science fiction show is proving to be much more character driven rather than prioritizing on giving us answers about its extraterrestrial origins, but it did give us a few hints on what might happen in the upcoming weeks of the show!
