In this episode, I make Pizza Peels from Walnut and Cherry Scraps. I then use the CNC to engrave them to be given away as gifts to friends. We used these peels for a large pizza party at the house. Girardi Pizza Dough Recipe!
In a mixing bowl:
4 1/2 cups of 00 flour
3 tsps salt
2 tsps sugar
1 3/4 cups of water
In a small bowl: 1/4 cup of warm water
1 pack of Fleischmanns yeast
1 tsp sugar
stir a little, and wait 5 minutes for yeast to activate
add both waters to the mixing bowl
add a touch of olive oil
mix on low until you have a single dough ball.
knead for a few minutes
make a dough ball
place in a large oiled bowl
cover in wrap and wait 4.5 hours
