Candied Yams
4 Large Yams
3 T. Butter
2T. Milk
1/2 c. Brown sugar
1/2 t. Salt
Boil Yams until tender. 40-50 Minutes.
Peel and cut into circles. Place in Buttered 9x13 pan.
In a skillet add all other ingredients. Cook until bubbly.
Sprinkle 1 cup Walnuts or Pecans over Yams.
Drizzle with the warm Carmel sauce.
Cover and bake for 15 minutes 350'
