Achillies Amps - The Vibrolux Reverb Amplifier

The Vibrolux Reverb was a desirable amp in the blackface era for those who wanted less output volume. Similar in design to the Super Reverb it was built with less speakers and smaller transformers to break up fairly early and wouldn’t require loud volumes to reach the same tones as its bigger brother. As with all our Blackface reproduction amps careful consideration was taken to include all-important features to replicate its renowned tone known today. Hand wired like in the day the VR is built to true original Blackface spec with commitment to quality, its so accurate to an original Vibrolux you’ll believe its not a replica. The steel chassis features original pattern stamped ends and correct position component placement including aluminum control panels. Our very own branded Achillies power capacitors for ultimate tone and stability. Strictly requested (knot free) Radiata pine when building our cabinets, which gives that perfect balance we need to offer you the finest amplifiers on the market. The aged grill cloth gives the amp that final touch it needs to call out "vintage tone". Constructed with Traditional Dovetail Joinery and wrapped with authentic Fender Black bronco Tolex with the highest attention to detail to match the tone of the amplifier.
