What is ASMR?
ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, refers to the tingling sensations and feelings of relaxation triggered by specific sounds and visuals. Although only a small percentage of people are triggered by these stimuli, many are curious about the ASMR experience.

Do you have certain sounds that help you relax? Perhaps it’s the gentle rustle of white noise, distant conversations, or familiar bedtime stories from your parents that made you feel safe and comfortable. Sounds like drawing, brushing, tapping, crinkling, and even the crunch of dried leaves can evoke such calming sensations.

Visual triggers play a role as well—watching hands in motion, like molding clay or performing repetitive tasks, can be mesmerizing. Some find relaxation in the deep sense of connection fostered through soft-speaking or whispering, as well as sincere attention.
