This project was *a journey*... but I have a wearable garment at the end of it. When I found this beautiful fabric I knew exactly what to make with it! I used regular elastic instead of shirring elastic to gather the bust and that was a TERRIBLE IDEA. I you take anything from this video do not do what I did and just persevere with figuring out shirring elastic in your machine. At least I have a cute dress now...?
The single piece of fabric cut measured 140cm X 97cm
The finished garment measured 30cmX90cm
