Two Doctors by M.R. James and read by Christopher Halton

Originally published in `A Thin Ghost and Others` in 1919, this tale is presented as witness statements about a criminal case from the early 18th century. The central characters are two doctors, and the story revolves around their mysterious and unsettling experiences. One of the doctors seems to have had an unhealthy interest in supernatural beings and the occult. As with many of M. R. James’ stories, the narrator's name is not provided, adding an air of mystery to the narrative.
