Isaiah Stokes, an intern in the 2025 Buckeye Pathways Summer Internship program, talks with Michael Martin, PT, MPT, about the community, learning opportunities and other benefits of this program offered at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Martin, the associate executive director of the Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital at the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center, shares how he's been impacted by the program, too.
The BPSI is a 10-week, paid summer enrichment program in which six undergraduate interns are paired with executive directors from across the organization to work on high-level projects and participate in weekly professional and personal development sessions focused on strengths assessments, networking, and building a professional and personal brand.
