PES 2012 Attacking Advanced Tutorial - Maintain Vertical Spacing

This is PES 2012 team Attacking Tutorial.

info- When discussing attacking in football you hear things like "spread out" and maintain spacing. But the most important type of spacing to have is vertical spacing. The front line attackers (STs, RM/RAM, and LM/LAM) generally need to get high up the field in line with each other as quickly as possible.As a front line player you generally should not be receiving challenges from the opposing team's midfielders. If you are that means that you are either dropping back too far to receive passes, or your opponents midfielders are defending very deep inside their own third (I will discuss how to deal with this later). The back four defenders need to make sure that they do not push up field too early. This is especially important after winning the ball back and starting to build up the attack. The back four defenders need to stay back to provide options for back passes as well as provide the cover necessary in case possession is lost in the defensive third.
As you can see by the diagram above the LB has the ball in possession as build up is starting. The LCB moves down into a position behind the LB to provide an option for a back pass if needed. The RCB and RB hold their positions back in case possession is lost and defensive cover is needed. Now the four front line players (LM, RM, RS, and LS) move to positions high up field. Now you might think this is bad because passing options are being taken away, but what you are really doing(especially if your opponents are playing high pressure defense) is opening up space in midfield for the central midfielders to move around laterally (left and right) to get open. If the LM and RM drop back (or worse, if the LS and RS decide to drop back) the midfield will be crowded with too many players occupying a small space. This allows a single defender to effectively mark two players at once. Quickly switching from marking one player to marking another as a short pass is made. The central-mids will not have any room to move laterally, and by dropping back to receive passes the front line attackers may draw alert defenders back with them to further crowd space and hinder the build up. By staying spread out vertically you effectively hamper high pressure defenses since defenders will be isolated with the players they are marking. Any attempt at double teaming the ball possessor will leave another player open for a pass. And the defense will not be able to recover in time due to the open spacing.
