Day 1 - 186.5 lbs
Day 30 - 178.5 lbs
Day 50- 172.5 lbs
Day 60 - 169.8 lbs
Day 80 - 165.2 lbs
Day 90 -164.6 lbs
Total loss of 22 lbs in 3 months(90 Days)

Trust me, I have tried everything, yoga, weight training, Cardio, eating small meals, juicing…
I have been on a journey of healing myself mentally and physically. Fasting has been solution to many of my problems.
