PewDiePie recently launched a video explaining his love for Linux and people went wild. But sadly I was reminded how very CLOSED this open source world really is.

🚀 Apparently there is a group of people that lead linux based open source projects that are claiming that PewDiePie is a fascist and that all his followers are also fascists. And worse they are calling for him to be banned and disallowed in the Linux community. That all of the open source community need to stand against him. Well I don't feel that way.

🌏 I have had my own run in with these extremist linux KINGS and Queens. They are pompous arrogant runts that have never touched grass. Yet they feel the need to exclude people from Linux and from open source projects. They feel the need to express that if you are not aligned with this radical political agendas that you are NOT welcome inside of Linux. Again they are wrong.

🧪 Ok this is NOT fine, this is no ok. And I think all these elitists should be banned. All those that feel the need to gatekeeper should be forced out, or better yet, forced to use windows. This is NOT the ethos of Open Source and certainly no my tribe.

🥼 Please don't be a LINUX ELITE. Please remember we are all equal and we all are down for free and open software and for an open forum that should be used to promote the many flavors of humans as there as many flavors of linux.

🔬 Linux has always been my place that I felt welcome and like others. Who were citizens of the world and cared for each other. But everytime I post about linux or the Raspberry Pi I get such angry people. Such people that have never touched grass and live in their mothers basements that do nothing but tinker with linux. They have this distorted view that everyone should be at their level or be GONE.

🐧 LInux isn't easy, it can be, but you have to put effort to get there. But like anything that takes effort you will be rewarded. Just please understand we have a host of bad actors that have made even this space political and filled with fear. Don't fear them or linux. Get after it Phantom
