The cobbles are not as tough as in the original Paris Roubaix race but they can give you a hard time on this part of the Höhenstrasse as a part of the trip to the vienna home Mountain Kahlenberg.
I usually go up through the vineyards up from Grinzing on Kahlenbergerstrasse. The ascent gives you a nice and spicy slope. On the descent I usually drop the tire pressure from 8 down to about 4-5 bars. It's just more convenient over the cobbles. With any higher pressure you'll get a hippy hippy shake on your roadbike :)
Going down with the MTB makes it much easier on this descent though I prefer this track with the MTB that shares the same descent:
