French Statue Clock PART 2

In today’s video I pick up where I left off from the "French Statue Clock Cleaning" video. I’m trying another New Life product called cream polish for the marble case. It really adds a shine. I also cleaned the feet and other small hardware in an ultra sonic cleaner with a simple green solution made for metals. After a rinse with water, then alcohol I apply wizards metal polish. The polish is terrific but the wear on some of these pieces is pretty severe. In the video I"m trying to decide whether or not to try applying gold leaf but since filmed I've ordered a kit and will show the process in the next video. It will be my first time doing it. The dial is gorgeous but the movement definitely needs cleaned. I will show this in a separate video. Enjoy!
