Lighter Atmosphere - Friday, Week 66 (21/05/2021)

We finish off this week with an exploration of the lighter possibilities that this primary color palette has to offer. Once again, I'm in awe of the almost glistening aftertaste Cobalt Teal leaves behind. I'm going to regret saying this because I don't want to accept I've lost my good taste and I'm suddenly becoming a fan of this hideous color, but even though it has some obvious limitations, this week's palette made up of Bismuth Yellow, Quinacridone Magenta, Cobalt Teal and Titanium White is an absolute beast. The richness and chroma is kept even in the lighter spectrum of the values. Will these hoodlums ever replace my adored greys? Woooooooo sloooow down! I don't think so! Just because you just moved into the neighborhood and you're the only kid ever to own a Neo-Geo doesn't automatically make us friends! (See you at 4:30)
