We decided to follow up our most popular YouTube video, Breakdown of a Hypnosis Session, with a second one made in a similar style, only for an anxiety session. This video demonstrates and explains (through subtitles) Luke's current practice style, which is an evolution from the style demonstrated in our previous breakdown video. Private sessions are about 70% longer, but follow the same basic structure demonstrated here. The hypnosis session starts at 2:50.
