We travel to Palam , area of Delhi and the address of this Panipuri or Fuchka vendor is near to Sulabh International Museum , Palam , Delhi .
While I was passing by I saw the person he was selling Panipuri, I approached him and asked him if I can make his video on the next day I really like the way he presented everything at his shop , so I discussed with my partners about this Panipuri vendor and they asked to definitely record them .
Panipuri or also known as Fuchka is a round Fried small Pocket which is filled with Chickpeas / normal peas with the salted & tangy water , some people prefer sweet tomato sauce/ Chutney along with tangy water in the Pocket or simply prefer the former way of eating. Many Panipuri vendors also use mashed potato along with the Chickpeas .
The price of 4 pieces of Pockets costs 10₹ along with this one papdi ( Pocket which wasn't made properly ) given with the pinch of salt , lemon , red chilli . The vendor's cutting skill of Onion is also quite good. This Panipuri is served at almost every wedding in India , also considered as an Appetizer because of multiple spices in the water .
