What's The Best Temperature for Civilization?

Today we're taking a closer at an average temperature map of the world and trying to see if we can find any patterns.

I should also have mentioned that climates have changed in many places across the globe so this map might not be 100% accurate in depicting the temperatures across ancient civilizations while they were still civilizations. I really meant to mention this in the video but alas, here I am writing it in the description instead.
