Scammers use AI deepfakes of Sky News journalists to promote illegal casinos

Criminals are exploiting advanced AI technology to create deepfake adverts featuring Sky News journalists to promote illegal online casinos.

Disturbingly, some of the adverts are designed to look like children's games.

The discovery has prompted urgent calls for action from the Gambling Commission and the National Crime Agency.
