Auto Cutting Line for Wide Profiles. Backstroke cutting process.
Optional: Inclined cutting from Left\Straight/Right
Optional: Up/Down Movement of blade for burr-free cutting process, for a fine cutting surface and less wear of the HMcutting blade.
Safety cabinet and fences around, according CE regulations. Including Light Curtain at the Input Magazine.
Cutting Long and Wide pieces, in high speed, with Auto Loading.
Gripper can move to 0-point of cutting, for a minimum of Waste.
Finished products moved automatically forward to next Robot station by driven rollers. INcluding Hand-Shake signal exchange with Next Production Station for continuous process control.
Including Waiting (Buffer) position at the output.
Meanwhile next Front Waste Cut can be finished for high Output rate.
Automatic Sawing List loading from Ortder System (ERP), including (optional) Optimization, to a Min. of Waste.
Long Rest pieces will be removed Sideways, to be re-used.
Short Front and End waste pieces removed to a Waste Bin.
