FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CALIFORNIA - In this video, The Foodie TV visited MUNCHIE-KEN Japanese Ramen shop in Fountain Valley, California to try some delicious Yuzu Shio Ramen. This type of ramen is very hard to find in the US and once we heard Munchie-Ken offered it on their menu, we knew we had to go try. The ramen combines a rich chicken broth with a hint of Yuzu to add some brightness to the bowl of noodles and cut through the richness to bring a nice balance. We were thoroughly surprised and devoured our bowls.
