'The Swami of Valaithothu' is a real story written by the british hunter Kenneth Anderson and its from his book 'This is the Jungle' (1964) this story is of a travelling Sadhu, in a superstition-ridden agricultural settlement on the outskirts of the forest and the equally unexpected presence of a tiger in the vicinity. The Sadhu terrorizes the unsuspecting villagers by transforming himself into a man-eater at will. Kenneth anderson arrived on the scene and later killed the tiger. All of this adds up to a fun plot with unexpected intriguing twists and turns.
