So how do you keep your penis clean? How do you maintain genital hygiene? This largely depends on whether your penis is circumcised or uncircumcised. If your penis is circumcised, then there is nothing much to worry with respect to cleaning your penis. However, if the penis is uncircumcised and the foreskin over the organ intact, cleaning the penis regularly is a must. The recommendation in general is to clean the penis at-least twice a day for proper genital hygiene.
