Here's a demo of something I wrote yesterday. It's still a work in progress. The guitar part needs to be arranged properly, but I'm kinda pleased with where it's going. I've had writer's block since I wrote 'Greek Street' about 5 years ago, so this is a song about being stuck without words. I had been listening to Martin Simpson's new album and I was frustrated by the fact that I don't know enough about nature to write beautiful nature songs. So this came out instead. I think it's called "My Lover's Eyes in Song".
