Paladins added an even stronger version of the popular LTM Cards to the Max in custom games with the Season 8 update, letting all cards become twice as effective as normal! This breaks the game in some crazy ways, and one effect this has is making some abilities have no cooldown! Skye can get 8s of cooldown reduction on her poison bolts... which also have an 8s cooldown! So, she can spam poison bolts indefinitely, and it's a riot!
