Nicola Larini 1997 Sauber race helmet

An original Bieffe race helmet as used by Nicola Larini driving for the Sauber team in 1997. The helmet has the lovely blue coloured design which was used by Larini throughout his career and the helmet itself shows good signs of race use with the expected marks to paintwork etc. Larini drove for the Ferrari team on several occasions and his best result was second place to Michael Schumacher at the infamous 1994 San Marino GP which claimed the lives of both Ayrton Senna and Roland Ratzenberger.
