When the resources of Tergura — one of the many planets that served as a cog in the vast machine driving the economy of the Drah’mar Empire — were finally exhausted, the state-controlled corporations sold the planet to private entities.

Under Drah’mar law, the new owner is free to exploit their property for any purpose whatsoever. That includes brutal entertainment for the wealthy, who revel in the spectacle of exterminated worlds.

As hundreds of trillions of Hirvahn scattered across the empire continue to feed its insatiable needs, Drah’mar does not care about a fraction of the population. This does not mean, however, that Drah’mar will simply allow them to leave.

The inhabitants of Tergura—those who can afford it—are abandoning the planet in search of a new world. Their bold insubordination will bring upon them the wrath of the Empire and its consequences.

And those who have no choice but to stay are doomed to the mercy of their new masters.
