Final setup that actually does BOSS damage and kills stuff
Current setup can be improved a lot and double my damage/life BUT since im testing on STANDARD and THE ATLAS IS still bugged in week 2 my resources are limited
Ofc not BROKEN OP compared to 0.1 but feels pretty good on Blood Mage
Stormweaver compared to this is pure garbage as you can see it took me 25-30 seconds to kill Xesht and that's without any weapon swap or gem swap
Getting around 3-4k life is the goal on this setup which is easy to get if you invest some divines in it
At around 3k life you can expect to kill T4 bosses in less than 1min with just choir and CoC arc which is free due to the Lifetap and instant leech from atziri gloves and blood mage node
Dropped mind over matter since it was causing mana problems without it you will be still super tanky and can do all map mods ele pen etc etc
Probably bone cage + storm will be better than spark might try it later

I would suggest that you play Blood mage instead stormweaver if you are going for spark Blood mage is 10x times stronger and you will have a lot of fun on low budget
Also you can go for Life stacking setup with Rathpith that does insane boss damage but req 12% corrupted Rathpith and 3500+ Life
Maybe doing recoup chronomancer spark before last epoch league but will see if i have time for that
