How To Make Vegan Gummy Bears

These gummy bears contain no preservatives, no artificial colours, no excessive sugars and no gelatin! Woohoo!!! - they are an awesome animal-friendly, environment-friendly and health-friendly option for parties and any lolly-wanting situations :D

Vegan gummy bears;
4 tbsp agar agar - 1 cup liquid - agar agar can be purchased here: http://www.iherb.com/now-foods-real-f...

Vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tbsp agar agar
1 inch vanilla pod
1-2 tbsp maple syrup or 2-3 drops stevia
Strawberry
1/4 cup berries pureed & strained
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp agar agar
1-2 tbsp maple syrup or 2-3 drops stevia
Blueberry puree
1/4 cup berries pureed
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp agar agar
1-2 tbsp maple syrup or 2-3 drops stevia
Pineapple juice
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 tbsp agar agar
1 tsp cornstarch
And any other awesome flavours you can think of - teas, coffee, berries and almond milk, mixed smoothie...
You can definitely sweeten them more if you have a real sweet tooth.
