🔹 Part 1 – Listening
Listen to a natural conversation between two colleagues, Louise and Sam.
(No repeating — just focus on understanding.)

🔹 Part 2 – Repeat After Me (Shadowing)
Repeat Sam’s sentences to practise:
• pronunciation
• sentence stress
• natural rhythm

🔹 Part 3 – Speak With Me (Role Play)
You speak as Sam in a full role-play conversation.
Subtitles help you, but the goal is to speak, not read.
