MOON PRISM POWER!!!! Sailor Moon was my absolute favorite show when I was growing up! My friends and I would pretend to be each of the sailors.. I was Sailor Mercury! haha! So this nail tutorial has been on my mind for the longest time, but I wanted to do one that wasn't insanely complicated and relatively easy as far as themed designs go.
