Hello guys,
Here is another simple recipe on how to bake a super soft cake using a charcoal jiko. This is yet another way to bake a cake without an oven. Follow the steps on the recipe and I guarantee you that the cake will be soft and delicious. Remember to measure the cake ingredients accurately. Like always, thanks for the support.
ingredients used;
4 eggs
250g flour
250g sugar: edit- i used icing sugar and the cake was ok: not sugary
125g margarine
1tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1.5 tbs cocoa
1tsp vanilla
