This is AutoCase in action, automating case-based order consolidation inside the AutoStore system. From inbound carton to outbound delivery, AutoCase handles it all with precision, speed, and safety.

How it works:

An empty case is automatically fed into AutoCase via conveyor
A clamp-and-push mechanism inserts the box into a dedicated AutoCase Bin
Bin walls lift to protect the carton, no impact, no damage
A Robot moves the empty carton into the Grid
Items are consolidated at a workstation using AutoStore's VersaPorts
The completed order is then moved back into AutoCase for outbound shipping

This fully automated process reduces manual handling, improves safety, and enables seamless case-based picking and packing in the same Grid as each picking.
