An Indo-Chinese Noodles that are sauteed well in hot and spicy schezwan sauce. This might seem a tedious task to prepare it at home but it is not! You can achieve the same taste and satisfaction that of a restaurant at home and that too without any hassle. Just explore this recipe and make your regular noodles a lot spicier!

Ingredients
• Noodles – 1pkt
• Oil – 3tbsp
• Salt – 1tbsp
• Whole dry chili – 1tsp
• Chopped ginger – 1tsp
• Sliced onion – 1tbsp
• Sliced capsicum – 1tbsp
• Sliced cabbage – 1tbsp
• Julienne of carrot – 1tbsp
• Pickled ginger – 1tbsp
• Spring onion blub – 1tbsp
• Schezwan sauce – 1.5tbsp
• Soya sauce – 1tsp
• Blacked pepper – 1tsp
• Salt – 1tsp
• Vinegar – ½ tsp
• Spring onion green – 1tbsp
Method
• First boil the water to cook noodles in that water add oil, salt and boil noodle in that till noodles cook up to 75% - 80%. spread it evenly on. clean surface and drizzle some oil on it.
• Now prepare the vegetables for schezwan noodles that are cut in juliennes. we will use juliennes of carrot, cut whole dry red chili into a diamond shape, pickled ginger juliennes, sliced onion, sliced capsicum, sliced cabbage.
• To start cooking the noodles heat a wok thoroughly, add chopped garlic and dried chilli diamonds, then add all the juliennes of vegetables and give it a quick toss.
Now add in that boiled noodle, pickled ginger, spring onion bulb, schezwan sauce, soya sauce, black pepper, salt, vinegar.
Now stir-fry everything nicely and add a little bit of boiled water of noodles and cook till it gets dry, finally add the green part of spring onions and finish it.
• Now your noodles are ready to eat serve them on a plate and garnish with spring onion greens.
