Workout #1: Squats (my favorite)
We made sure to focus on these 5 key things
❇️ Take time
❇️ Open the knees
❇️ Work the negative
❇️ Control which muscle you want to isolate and flex it on the way up.
❇️ Not using momentum
Do it right and you’ll have monstrous Titan thunder thighs just like me :)
Workout #2: Bench Press
Watch the slight change I show Vince.
❗️Instead of taking it to his upper chest, we take the bar to the lower chest and push the elbows in slightly.
It’ll save your shoulders.
❇️Keep in mind, your mental approach to the gym should be similar to life.
❌There’s no such thing as maintaining.
And in order to grow, you’ll have to constantly switch things up.
The strategy that got you from A to B will not be the same that gets you from B to C.
Don’t Lighten up, TITAN UP!
