Quake Speedrun in

An 11 second improvement over the previous record by Clouder.

Came back to claim my record after a fruitless 6 months of Half-Life grind(struggling with motivation and distracted by other things), and given I have been playing Quake in secrecy for a year, beating all kinds of records and theorycrafting stuff, I raised my skill level to a point I could achieve such a run that was thought unreachable 2 years ago. No major mistakes in the run, just a couple of small ones and finally some good luck, which is extremely rare for a full run. I don't know if anyone will be able to beat this - I wish them the best and advise them to save their sanity.

There are a handful of new strategies I included since my previous record:
-10FPS water drop in the starting hub, which on average saves half a second, meaning I saved 20+ minutes over the course of 2500 attempts in 3 weeks(time is money even if it isn't timed!)
-Completely new strategy on e4m3, grabbing quad at the start and both megahealth packs, and quadboosting off the knight at the silver key, then taking the IL route
-Double grenadeboost off the starting fiend on e4m4, sadly I failed it in this run
-10FPS trick on e1m2 button floor for a tiny bit of timesave
-25 health grabbed on e2m3 to be able to recover if the DK dodges my grenades like Neo from the Matrix
-Groundstrafing on e2m6 elevator to reach the trigger slightly quicker
-Fishboost on e3m4 and an extra rocketboost
-Green armor take on e3m5 to massively reduce the risk of dying for the rest of the episode
-Various small tweaks in every level to improve consistency
