Collisions in a sailing race with winds up to 20 knots.
This is an amateur regatta Loryma Cup 2025 in Marmaris Turkey.
The sailing athletes and amateurs with varying levels of racing experience can participate.
7 amateurs and a professional skipper, multiple Champion and Olympian, were on our team.
We had the downwind start in the 4th race. Downwind starts make even the best tacticians nervous.
There were two collisions at the start of this race.
We took 2nd place in this race and won 3rd place in the Loryma Cup 2025 regatta among 9 teams in ORC-D division.
