animation and music only good thing here, racetracks and racing just bad, racing skill doesnt matter here, it's all about item rng, one of the worst rng item spam you can find in kart racing games, blue shells every seconds, also game engine with broken 3d perspective and most of time you cant see items actual location on tracks and cant even hit enemies with items, story here is similar to OVA Time Bokan Oudou Fukko you can watch it on archive org, it's only ova with multiverse crossover
