Single-shot weapon bloom in Pavlov? oO

I noticed some real odd behaviour in Pavlov when trialing the Vyper, a new prototype gunstock we are due to release shortly. Couldn't figure out what was going wrong at first until I discovered the devs have included a bloom-style mechanic to single fire shots. This is usually only used to simulate automatic fire recoil and it's the first time I have seen it in a VR game.
It's a little annoying for me personally as I love to go semi-auto in all weapons and to discover that some are coded just intentionally inaccurate, where this would just never happen in real life over short distances. Ok in real life a cold barrel might throw the first shot or weapon MOA accuracy may vary over 100 yards+ but never by actual feet over less than 50 yards!
If this has always been known and well advertised I wouldn't be so irritated but to discover this at this point, makes me wonder all those odd shots missed over the hours of play-time probably wasn't just lag.
