A step-by-step guide on how to change the pads on an Elise. A track-focussed set up from the factory makes this an easy job.
I found a box of replacement brake pads for the Elise on the shelf in the garage, so I decided to fit them on the car. They are EBC Yellowstuff pads - not really a street pad, but I might as well use them. The brake haven't been feeling too good for a while and when I looked at the brake fluid and pads it was clear why! I have been neglecting the Elise, I am afraid to say.
This video is a set-by-step guide on how to change the brake pads on the Elise. It's a very straightforward job - the rear is a little more complicated than the front but easily doable at home, for even the most mechanically challenged.
